Description
The American Series Swivel Top & Bottom Mounting Bracket comes in a 4-pack and is used with the American Series Picket Railing. It's offered in a horizontal option and a vertical option. The horizontal option swivels side to side and is used when level rail angles are less than 45 degrees. The vertical option swivels up & down and is used in instances where there is an irregular stair run. One 4-pack is needed per rail section (2 brackets for each end of top rail and 2 brackets for each end of bottom rail).
