Grace Tri-Flex XT is a high performance water-shedding underlayment designed to overcome the shortcomings of traditional roofing felt. The membrane incorporates an improved skid resistance coating providing better foot traction. It is 20 times stronger than #30 felt and can withstand high wind conditions; it is lighter than #30 felt and covers more area making installation safer and easier.
Tri-Flex XT is mechanically attached to the roof and can be used alone or in conjunction with Grace self-adhered underlayments. It can be exposed up to 6 months. It has a gray topside surface. The Tri-Flex XT can be co-branded with a custom logo for an additional plate charge.
