Description
Grace Select Enhanced Self-Adhered Roofing Underlayment - 3' x 65' Roll has been upgraded for even better performance. It is a smooth surface, rubberized asphalt adhesive roofing underlayment laminated to a strong slip-resistant film. This lightweight product makes it faster and easier to install than granular underlayments while meeting or exceeding industry standards for roofing underlayments. The smooth surface provides better lap adhesion so there are no fish mouth leaks. Ripcord split release on demand makes installation quick and easy.
The strong adhesion allows for installation even in low temperatures but will also perform under metal roofs up to 200 degrees. This stronger film also exceeds tensile and tear requirements of AC48, resulting in a more durable underlayment.
