UnderDeck® warrants this product to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for a 15-year period after the date of purchase by a consumer. UnderDeck warrants that, if properly installed according to directions provided this product will not leak.
These warranties do not extend to secondhand homeowners. These warranties do not include damage to the product resulting in from acts of God, lightning, accident, misuse, improper installation or operation, or unauthorized repair or alteration. If the product should become defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge with proof of purchase.
The consumer’s sole remedy shall be repair or replacement as expressly provided above. IN NO EVENT SHALL UNDERDECK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT FOR ANY PURPOSE WHATSOEVER.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. These warranties give you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state.
All implied warranties with the respect to this product (including merchantability) are limited to 15 years from the date of purchase.
