Ken's Story
When I started this project, I found places willing to sell me stuff but no one knowledgeable or interested in helping me figure out what I needed and how to proceed.
Then I stumbled upon DIY Home Center and Heidi. From the get-go, she took me by the hand and started answering my questions. She used a picture I sent her and my hand drawn sketch and figured the quantity of materials I needed.
Then she patiently provided quotes for no less than four different requests I made until what I could afford and what my wife liked met. Never was I pressured during the entire process. She was always there when I came back and obviously remembered me.
She was very knowledgeable and very confident in any information she gave me. She once told me she was gonna send me everything I needed to start at one end of the deck and get to the other side finished. She was true to her word. She never told me anything that she didn’t back up.
The deck is finally finished, and I couldn’t be more satisfied, from inquiry and delivery to completion. When finished I put what material was left over from my 12x40 foot deck in a five-gallon bucket.
So thankful to have discovered DIY Home Center and Heidi.
