Westbury Post Flair Skirt - 4"x4" finishes the look by trimming the base of a 4" x 4" Westbury post concealing the mounting plate and hardware. The skirt is assembled in two pieces making installation easy. This is a replacement item as it is now included in the Tuscany Blank Post Kit with Cap and Skirt.
