Description
The TimberTech CableRail by Feeney Cable Roll consists of 1⁄8” diameter marine-grade stainless steel cable to be used as infill with the TimberTech Classic Composite Series Universal Rail Pack for Cable. This low-maintenance, high-strength cable is available in 100-foot and 500-foot lengths. Cable is an excellent choice for both interior and exterior applications.
It's easy to calculate how much cable you'll need for your project. Just remember this basic rule: a 36" rail height requires 9 runs of cable and a 42" rail height requires 11 runs of cable. For a 20' run at 36" rail height, it would require 9 rows of 20', or 180 lineal feet of cable. For a 20' run at 42" rail height, it would require 11 rows of 20', or 220 lineal feet of cable. Once you've calculated your cable, simply add hardware kits, intermediate pickets for 3' OC, and any installation tools required for the job.
