The Muro Ultra Driver Starborn Attachment is a custom piece specially designed for the Muro CH7390 Ultra Driver tool (sold separately). It was created so that Muro tools can be used with Starborn's Collated Screw System, allowing for faster installation. This attachment piece is intended to be purchased by those that already own the Muro auto-feed tool but want to be able to use Starborn fasteners without having to buy the whole kit (which it does come with).
