Grace 6" x 75' Vycor Plus Flashing - 4 Pack with Free J-Roller

6"x75' Vycor Plus Flashing 4 Roll Pack with Free J-Roller is a high performance self-adhered flashing for windows, doors, and details by GCP Technologies (formerly Grace). It is designed to provide premium protection against water and air infiltration in all critical non-roof detail areas. Properly installed Vycor Plus reduces the risk of rot or mold development and contributes to energy efficiency. This pack consists of (4) 6" x 75' rolls and a free j-roller, which is used to apply the flashing to ensure a flat, tight seal.

Vycor Plus is composed of durable, cross-laminated, high-density polyethylene sheet that is backed by an aggressive, pressure-sensitive rubberized asphalt adhesive. This roll has a width of 6”, but Vycor Plus is also available in the widths 4“, 9”, 12” and 18” to fit a large variety of job requirements.3.

Vycor Plus is great for use on window and door openings (headers, sills, jambs, thresholds, nailing flanges), deck-to-wall intersections, inside and outside corners of sheathing, wall-to-wall tie-ins, foundation sill plates, sheathing panel seams, under stucco finishes, masonry walls and other non-roof detail areas.

This specially formulated rubberized asphalt adhesive will seal around fasteners to allow no water penetration. Vycor Plus flashing has superior adhesion properties that ensure strong laps, even in seams in the flashing. The membrane surface is clearly marked at 6” and 12” intervals to facilitate the installation procedure.

The Vycor Plus flashing has the same proven technology as Grace Ice & Water Shield. Its polyethylene film and specially-formulated rubberized asphalt components create a water and moisture barrier that does not weaken from environmental elements. The GCP Vycor Plus features a Ripcord split release that allows for an easy installation where half the membrane is applied before other building envelope components are installed (house wrap or felt) and the other half can be applied after.
