Description
The Contemporary Cable Post Kit is the backbone of the Deckorator's Contemporary horizontal cable system. Each post (End, Corner, and Line) is pre-drilled (10 holes for 10 runs of cable) for easy installation. Posts are only one necessary component of the Contemporary Cable Rail system; Contemporary Cable Top Rail Kits and Contemporary Cable Kits are also required but sold separately. Make sure to confirm that there is proper structural blocking/framing under the decking material to ensure proper lag screw thread engagement into a solid wood structure (5/16" x 4" or longer lag screws are recommended but sold separately).
