Warranty service and repair for Purely UV Lamps is provided by the manufacturer, Purely Enterprises. Please read below for more information.
What is covered
All parts defective in material and workmanship
For how long
8,000 hours or one calendar year from purchase date, whichever occurs first
What Purely Enterprises will do
Repair or replace any defective Purely UV lamp.
For "Immediate Failure" Lamps
Contact DIY Home Center Customer Service at (888) 349-4660 between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (M-F). We will work with you to resolve your situation.
For Failure of Lamps Within the Remaining Warranty
Contact Purely Enterprises at (866) 324-2970, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (M-F) for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and return procedures. Upon issuing a RMA# you will be given a ship to address to return the lamp for repair or replacement. Once received by Purely Enterprises, we will repair or replace the lamp and return ship it to you.

Other conditions
The provisions of this warranty are in lieu of any other written warranty, whether express or implied, written or oral, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The manufacturer’s maximum liability shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by you for the product. In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages. This warranty does not cover a defect that resulted from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accident, improper packing, or unauthorized tampering, alteration, or modification as determined solely by Purely Enterprises, LLC.
