I've Ordered! So What's Next?

  1. Your order is processed the same or next business day after it is received. During this stage we authorize your credit card and ensure that we have complete shipping information. If there are any issues, we will attempt to contact you via phone and/or e-mail.
  2. Your order is then packed and shipped. 99% of orders ship either the same or next business day.
  3. Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Orders to Hawaii or Alaska are shipping via USPS Priority Mail. When your order ships, we will forward a tracking number to you via e-mail.
