Trex Hideaway Delivery Information

I've Ordered! So What's Next?

1. Your order is processed the same or next business day it is received. During this stage we authorize your credit card and ensure that we have complete shipping information. If there are any issues, we will attempt to contact you via phone and/or e-mail.
2. Your order is then picked, packaged and prepped for shipping. Trex Hideaway orders ship the same or next business day they are received. If we encounter an unexpected delay beyond one business day, we will contact you.
3. Once packaged, your order is sent on it's way from our Green Bay warehouse. Delivery of orders takes up to 5 business days. The closer you are to the Midwest, the quicker you will receive your order.
4. Your Trex Hideaway order will be sent via FedEx Ground. In very rare cases, your order will be sent UPS Ground.
5. If you are home when your order is delivered, please look over the package and contents before signing for it. If damage is noticed, please have the delivery driver note "Potential Damage" or "Damage" when you sign for the delivery.
6. If you have any problems with your order or if your product was damaged during shipping, please be sure to contact us right away so we can help.

Trex Hideaway Shipping Pricing

• All Trex Hideaway shipments to the contiguous 48 states are shipped free of charge via FedEx Ground (with a $99 minimum of Trex Hideaway product). Orders with less than $99 of Trex Hideaway product ship for a flat fee of $9.95.
• Delivery to Hawaii and Alaska is via USPS Priority Mail. The shipping charge varies by the weight and dimension of the product purchased.
• Delivery to Canada is unfortunately not available for this product.

Return Policy

Returns on Trex Hideaway may be performed up to 30 days past the delivery date. Please see our returns information page for more information. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
