Product Compatibility
Recommended for use in 1" or thicker decking. If using pre-grooved decking be sure that the groove is the correct dimension and location on the board so that
it is compatible with the TC-G fastener. (see groove specs below) A router or biscuit joiner can be used to create grooves in solid edge decking.
TC-G is ideal for composites and hardwoods, 1" to 2" in harsh or coastal environments. Non-grooved (square) composites will require that a groove be
created. Use slot cutter above.
If you are using ¾" Ironwood decking, you should use the Tiger Claw TC-120.

Product Notes
Tiger Claw’s new TC-G stainless steel hidden deck fasteners provide a cheaper, more efficient alternative to conventional plastic biscuits. The TC-G, when used
with grooved boards, greatly reduces installation time when compared to using conventional nails and screws. The result is a nail and screw-free deck, easily installed
with stainless steel. The Tiger Claw family of Hidden Deck Fasteners effectively reduces splitting, splintering, mushrooming and rotting caused by nail and screw
penetrations. And with Tiger Claw TC-G stainless steel fasteners, you don’t have to settle for plastic anymore.
Product Requirements
When using Tiger Claw fasteners please review and comply with these requirements to obtain proper installation. Failure to follow these requirements may result
in deck failure and/or void of warranty.
Inspect decking material prior to installation. Omit any planks that contain hooks, twists, splits, cracks, or other defects. Always install decking with the crown
upward.
