Order and Shipping Time Frames
- If your order is submitted by 1 PM CST on a business day, it is likely that your order will ship the same day. The 1 PM CST cut off is not a guarantee.
If your order doesn't go out the same day, it will ship the next business day. We do our very best to ship orders according to this time frame. If your order has
met the timeframe and does not ship the same day, we appreciate your understanding.
- If you are ordering later in the day and need your order to ship the same day, please give us a call (888) 349-4660 and we will attempt to get
your order shipped the same day. If you call us before 3 PM CST, many times we are able to get the order out the same day. Again, this is
not a guarantee, but we will do our very best!
I've Ordered! So What's Next?
- Your order is processed the the same or next business day after it is received. During this stage we authorize your credit card and ensure that we have complete
shipping information. If there are any issues, we will attempt to contact you via phone and/or e-mail.
- Once processed, your order is packed and shipped. All orders to the contiguous 48 states are shipped via FedEx Ground. Orders to Hawaii (HI)
and Alaska (AK) are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. If you live in HI or AK, and would like to ship your order via FedEx Ground, give us a call and we provide you
with a discounted rate.
- Once packaged, your order is sent on it's way. Delivery of orders takes 1-5 business days. The closer you are to the east coast, the faster you will receive your
order.
Expedited and Rush Shipping
- Expedited shipping is available and is something we do quite often for the Tiger Claw product line.
- We understand that when you pay extra for expedited shipping you expect delivery in the timeframe you are expecting and have paid for. As such, we do not offer
expedited shipping in the online checkout process as we always need to be able to confirm the shipment and delivery date for you.
- If you are interested in expedited shipping, please give us a call at (888) 349-4660 for an expedited shipping quote. By doing shipping quotes
for you via voice, we are much better able to manage the shipping and delivery process and ensure your expectations are met.
Shipping to Canada
- We are happy to announce that we are now able to ship Tiger Claw products to Canada. If you are interested in ordering, please e-mail us at
cs@diyhomecenter.com or give us a call at (920) 857-9341. We cannot process Canadian orders online due to the complexity of the tax and shipping calculation.
- If you decide to e-mail us, please provide your name, mailing address, phone number, and the type and quantity of product you are looking for. We will provide
you with a total landed cost that will include product, shipping, and any GST and Province tax.
- All shipments to Canada are sent via FedEx International Ground Service.
