Return Information
It is our desire to provide you with 100% customer satisfaction by offering you top quality products and friendly customer service. We do realize at times the product you receive is not exactly what you expected. We also know that occasionally products get damaged in shipping.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 calendar days of receipt of the product (unless product is otherwise noted below). In doing so you may receive a credit; excluding shipping, towards the purchase of another item, or you may receive a refund of the purchase price; excluding shipping, upon receipt and inspection of the product.
Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.

Up to 30 days past delivery date. No restocking fee. If free shipping was provided, our actual shipping cost will be deducted from the return. |
All merchandise must be in its original condition and original packaging and must be in a resellable condition. Shipping charges are not refundable, and all return shipping charges are at the customer's expense.
All damages must be reported by email to customerservice@diyhomecenter.com within 5 business days of receipt of item. You must keep the product and the packaging it was shipped in. We will contact you within 5 business days of receipt of your email with return instructions and product replacement procedures. If you would prefer a refund, you will receive your refund once we have the item back in hand.

UNDERDECK IS WARRANTED BY THE MANUFACTURER AND WILL PROVIDE FOR ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS
Some states or jurisdictions do not permit "as is" warranties or the exclusion of implied warranties, so the foregoing limitation may not apply to you. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall DIY Home Center be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect or special damages of Customer regarding the products sold by DIY Home Center or their use. Some states or jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of special and incidental damages so the foregoing may not apply to you.
