Delivery Information (Excluding UnderDeck)

  • DIY Home Center only allows for orders that are shipped to the United States.
  • A large number of the items on our site are shipped directly from our vendors. As a result, you may receive different packages if you purchase more than one item from our various product lines. This may also result in receiving packages on different days. You will not be penalized by higher shipping charges.
  • All orders to the contiguous 48 states are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). When ordering, please do not provide a P.O. Box when specifying a shipping adddress. UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.
  • Orders to Hawaii or Alaska are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
  • Most orders are processed the next business day after they are received. For example, an order placed on Monday, will be processed on Tuesday. Orders placed on Friday, will be processed on Monday. Most orders then ship 1-2 business days after they are processed.
