What is the PolyWood Quick Ship Program?
- It is a shipping program that is available to a
limited number of Polywood retailers. Because of our long history and sales volume with Polywood, DIY Home Center is a part of this program.
How Does the Program Work?
- Items in the program Ship Next Day or in 3 to 5 Days. Items not in the program are subject to the normal Standard Shipping

- You can easily identify items in the Quick Ship program by viewing the graphic in the lower right hand corner of the item's product image.
- Shipping time for the same item can vary by color. For example, an item may ship Next Day for the color white, but may ship 3 to 5 Days for the color Mahogany.
- Here are some examples of what to look for on the item images.
- If your order has both Quick Ship and Standard Shipping items, the Quick Ship items will be shipped ahead of the non Standard Shipping items. Standard Shipping
items are subject to normal delivery times.
- When your items have shipped, we will send you an e-mail notification with tracking information. Of course you can always call or e-mail us at anytime.
- Many items in the 3 to 5 Day timeframe will occasionally ship before 3 days.
- Please remember that we still need one business day to process your order, although in many cases your order is processed the same day.
Are Quick Ship Items Guaranteed to Ship Within the Time Frame?
- Unfortunately, no, they are not (yeah...bummer). However, history has shown us that 98% of all Quick Ship orders ship on time.
