What is the PolyWood Quick Ship Program?
- It is a
NEW
shipping program that is available to a
very limited number of Polywood retailers. Because of our long history and sales volume with Polywood, DIY Home Center is a part of this program.
How Does the Program Work?
- Items in the program ship in either 1-3 days or 3-5 days. Items not in the program are still subject to the normal 2-day to 2-week shipping time - (learn
more about delivery).
- Please remember that we still need one business day to process your order, although in many cases your order is processed the same
day.
- Items in the Quick Ship program will have the Quick Ship graphic listed next to them. Examples of these are provided here:
- If your order has both Quick Ship and non Quick Ship items, the Quick Ship items will be shipped ahead of the non Quick Ship items. Non Quick Ship items will
be subject to the normal delivery times.
- When your items have shipped, we will send you an e-mail notification with any availalble tracking information. Of course you can always call or e-mail us at
anytime.
- We expect that some items in the 3-5 day ship time will occasionally ship before 3 days.
Are Quick Ship Items Guaranteed to Ship Within the Time Frame?
- Unfortunately, no, they are not (yeah...bummer). This is a new program that has been offered to us this year and as with all things new, we are expecting the
occasional hick-up or two. We do expect that 95%+ of all Quick Ship orders will ship within the guidelines of the program. Quick Ship items that
do not ship within the program guidelines will not ship under the normal delivery timeframes, they will simply ship a day or two later than expected.
- As the program progresses and the kinks are worked out, we will post any updates here. We especially appreciate your patience and understanding during the busy
spring and summer season.
