I've Ordered! So What's Next?
- Your order is processed the day or business day after it is received. During this stage we authorize your credit card and ensure that we have complete shipping information. If there are any issues, we will attempt to contact you via phone and/or e-mail.
- Your order is then submitted to Polywood and packaged and prepped for shipping. The components of your order will be shipped brand new and direct from PolyWood. This process can take anywhere from two days to two weeks. While less common, orders can sometimes take up to three weeks to ship during the busy season of mid-May to early July.
- Once your order has been packaged, it is sent on it's way. Delivery of orders takes up to 5 business days. The closer you are to the midwest, the faster you will receive your order.
- Your Polywood will be sent via FedEx Ground or Commercial Freight. In some rare cases, your shipment will be sent UPS Ground. Regardless of the method, someone will need to be present to accept and sign for your order. If your order is delivered via commercial freight, the freight company will contact you in advance and schedule an appointment for delivery.
- Damage instructions -- If the package appears even slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" on the delivery manifest. This is VERY important. If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned and we will provide you with a replacement item. If you refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment.
Return Policy for PolyWood
Returns on PolyWood may be performed up to 30 days past the delivery date. Please see our returns information page for more information. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
PolyWood Freight Pricing
All Polywood shipments to the contiguous 48 states are free of charge. Delivery to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada is available. Please contact us for a quote if you are interested in delivery to these areas.
