Outdoor Essentials Delivery Information

I've Ordered! So What's Next?

1. Your order is processed the day or business day after it is received. During this stage we authorize your credit card and ensure that we have complete shipping information. If there are any issues, we will attempt to contact you via phone and/or e-mail.
2. Your order is then submitted, packaged and prepped for shipping. This process typically takes one business day.
3. Once your order has been packaged, it is sent on it's way. Delivery of orders takes up to 5 business days. The closer you are to the eastern coast, the faster you will receive your order.
4. Your Outdoor Essentials order will be sent via UPS Ground. In some rare cases, your shipment will be sent via FedEx Ground.
5. If you are home when your order is delivered, please look over the package and contents before signing for it. If damage is noticed, have the delivery driver note "Potential Damage" or "Damage" when you sign for the delivery.
6. If you have any problems with your order or if your product was damaged during shipping, please be sure to contact us right away so we can help.

Outdoor Essentials Shipping Pricing

• All Outdoor Essentials shipments to the contiguous 48 states are shipped free of charge via UPS Ground (with a $129 minimum of Outdoor Essentials product). Orders with less than $129 of Outdoor Essentials product ship for a flat fee of $12.95.
• Delivery to Hawaii and Alaska is via USPS Priority Mail. The shipping charge varies by the weight and dimension of the product purchased.
• Delivery to Canada is unfortunately not available for this product.

Return Policy for Outdoor Essentials

Returns on Outdoor Essentials may be performed up to 30 days past the delivery date. Please see our returns information page for more information. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
