Is there any lead in the paint?
Defintely not. All sleds are made with non-toxic finishes, and Mountain Boy regularly tests to ensure that they are lead-free. Wood dyes are used to bring out the color and figure of the wood, and then a clear lacquer or polyurethane on top. Four coats of lacquer or three coats of polyurethane are then applied to create a marine-grade finish. Please contact us if you'd like a copy of the test reports. At the same time, all Mountain Boy products are tested to make sure they meet child safety standards, and they do.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship withing 1 to 3 business days. If you order an item that is not engraved, it will ship in 1 to 2 business days. If it is engraved, it will ship in 2 to 3 business days. When an order ships, we will send you a tracking number.
