I've Ordered! So What's Next?
- Your order is processed the day it is received or the next business day if it is late in the business day. During this stage we authorize your credit card and
ensure that we have complete shipping information. If there are any issues, we will attempt to contact you via phone and/or e-mail.
- Your order is then packaged and prepped for shipping. All Mountain Boy orders come direct from the manufacturer in Silverton, CO. From the time you order, you
can typically expect 1-2 business days before your order ships.
- Once your order has been packaged, it is sent on it's way. Delivery of orders takes up to 4-5 business days. The closer you are to Colorado, the faster you will
receive your order.
- All Mountain Boy Sled orders are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery for residential or FedEx Ground for commercial.
- Damage instructions -- If the package appears even slightly damaged, tell the driver that you want to note damage to the shipment. This is VERY important. If
the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package. If you refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment.
The damaged package will be returned and we will provide you with a replacement item.
Return Policy for Mountain Boy Sleds
Returns on Mountain Boy Sleds may be performed up to 30 days past the delivery date provide the product is in new and unused condition. Please see our returns information page for more information. Return shipping charges are the responsibility
of the customer.
