Mountain Boy Sledwoks has made the scooter stronger than the original, with a solid birch deck, a sturdy pine box and a hand-carved willow handle. And, they have used skateboard trucks instead of your little sister’s roller skate wheels.
The scooter is decorated with vintage artwork, and they recommend that you add tin cans for lights and bottle caps for decoration. Mountain Boy Sledowrks only uses stainless-steel bolts, and coat all surfaces with a lead-free marine-grade finish. The Citrus Scooter meets all ASTM and USC child safety criteria. The finish is lead-free.
