I've Ordered! So What's Next?
- Your order is processed the same or next business day after it is received. During this stage we authorize your credit card and ensure that we have complete shipping
information. If there are any issues, we will attempt to contact you via phone and/or e-mail.
- Your order is then packed and shipped. This process typically takes one business day.
- Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground service. When your order ships, we will forward a FedEx tracking number to you via e-mail.
- auraMIST Misting Fans are very heavy (80+ lbs). FedEx will deliver the fan to your door, but you will need two people to help move the fan.
Return Policy for Misting Fans
Misting Fans may be returned up to 30 days past the delivery date without a restocking fee. No returns are allowed past 30 days. Because fans are sent via free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from a return. To qualify for a return, the fan must be in its original condition and must be in a resellable condition.
