auraMIST Delivery Information
I've Ordered! So What's Next?
- Your order is typically processed the same business day it is received. During this stage we authorize your credit card and ensure that we have complete shipping
information. If there are any issues, we will attempt to contact you via phone and/or e-mail.
- Your order is then packed and shipped. Your order will typically ship the business day after you place your order.
- Single fan orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. Multi-fan orders are shipped via common carrier (LTL). When your order ships, we will forward a tracking number to you via e-mail. If you order is shipped via common carrier and is being delivered to a residence, the carrier will call in advance to setup an appointment.
- At 88 lbs., auraMIST Misting Fans are very heavy. FedEx or the carrier will deliver the fan to your door, but you will need two people to help move the fan. Once the fan is assembled, the fan can be moved by one person by tilting the fan back onto it's built-in wheels.
Return Policy for Misting Fans
auraMIST Misting Fans may be returned up to 30 days past the delivery date without a restocking fee. No returns are allowed past 30 days. Because fans are sent via free
shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from a return. To qualify for a return, the fan must be in its original condition and must be in a
resellable condition.
Shipping Cost
All auraMIST Misting Fan shipments to the contiguous 48 states are free of charge. Delivery to AK and HI is available. Please contact us for a shipping quote.
