I've Ordered! So What's Next?
- Your order is processed the same or next business day it is received. During this stage we authorize your credit card and ensure that we have complete shipping
information. If there are any issues, we will attempt to contact you via phone or e-mail.
- Your order is then picked, packaged and prepped for shipping. Most items ship in 1-5 business days. Please
see the individual item for shipping specifics.
- Once your order has been packaged, it is sent on its way. Delivery of orders takes up to 5 business days. The closer you are to the northeast, the faster you
will receive your order.
- Your HeatTrak order will be sent via FedEx Ground. In some rare cases, your shipment will be sent UPS Ground.
- If you are home when your order is delivered, please look over the package and contents before signing for it. If damage is noticed, appropriate have the delivery
driver, note "Potential Damage" or "Damage" when you sign for the delivery.
- If you have any problems with your order or if your product was damaged during shipping, please be sure to
contact us right away so we can help.
HeatTrak Shipping Pricing
- All HeatTrak shipments to the contiguous 48 states will be shipped free of charge via FedEx Ground.
- Delivery to Hawaii and Alaska is via USPS Priority Mail. The shipping charge varies by the weight and dimension of the product purchased.
- Delivery to Canada is available via USPS International Priority mail. Please contact us
for a quote if you are interested in delivery to Canada.
Return Policy for HeatTrak
Returns on HeatTrak Snow Melting Mats may be performed up to 30 days past the delivery date provided the product has not used. For this product, this policy is strictly enforced. If a mat is returned and has been used, we will unfortunately need to return it to you. Please see our returns information page for
more information. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
