I've Ordered! So What's Next?
- Your order is processed the day or business day after it is received. During this stage we authorize your credit card and ensure that we have complete shipping
information. If there are any issues, we will attempt to contact you via phone and/or e-mail.
- Your order is then submitted, packaged and prepped for shipping. The components of your order will be shipped brand new and direct from The Hammock Source, the
manufacturer of Hatteras Hammocks. This process can take anywhere from one to three business days.
- Once your order has been packaged, it is sent on it's way. Delivery of orders takes up to 5 business days. The closer you are to the eastern coast, the faster
you will receive your order.
- Your Hatteras Hammock order will be sent via FedEx Ground. In some rare cases, your shipment will be sent UPS Ground.
- If you are home when your order is delivered, please look over the package and contents before signing for it. If damage is noticed, appropriate have the delivery
driver, note "Potential Damage" or "Damage" when you sign for the delivery.
- If you have any problems with your order or if your product was damaged during shipping, please be sure to contact
us right away so we can help.
Return Policy for Hatteras Hammocks
Returns on Hatteras Hammocks may be performed up to 30 days past the delivery date. Please see our
returns information page for more information. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Hatteras Hammocks Freight Pricing
All Hatteras Hammock shipments to the contiguous 48 states are free of charge. Delivery to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada is available. Please contact us for a quote if you are interested in delivery to these areas.
