Tyvek® Delivery Information

I've Ordered! So What's Next?

1. Your order is typically processed the same business day it is received. During this stage we authorize your credit card and ensure that we have complete shipping information. If there are any issues, we will attempt to contact you via phone and/or e-mail.
2. Your order is then picked, packaged and prepped for shipping from our Green Bay warehouse. Most Tyvek® items ship the same or next business day. Please see the individual item for shipping specifics. If you have a time critical application, please contact us so we can give you more detailed delivery timeframes.
3. Once your order has been packaged, it is sent on it's way. Delivery of orders takes up to 5 business days. The closer you are to the midwest, the faster you will receive your order.
4. Your Tyvek® order will be sent via FedEx Ground. 9' and 10' rolls are sent via Commercial LTL. Commercial LTL deliveries require a person be present to inspect and accept the shipment.
5. If you are home when your order is delivered, please look over the package and contents before signing for it. If damage is noticed, appropriate have the delivery driver, note "Potential Damage" or "Damage" when you sign for the delivery.
6. If you have any problems with your order or if your product was damaged during shipping, please be sure to contact us right away so we can help.

Tyvek® Shipping Pricing

• All Tyvek® shipments to the contiguous 48 states with more than $100 of product will be shipped free of charge via FedEx Ground. Orders with less than $100 of product will be shipped FedEX Ground with a flat $10.00 shipping charge.
• Delivery to Hawaii and Alaska is via USPS Priority Mail. The shipping charge varies by the weight and dimension of the product purchased.
• Delivery to Canada is available via USPS International Priority mail. Please contact us for a quote if you are interested in delivery to Canada.

Return Policy for Tyvek®

Returns on Tyvek® may be performed up to 30 days past the delivery date provided the product has not been opened. No credit will be given for product that has been opened and will not be returned. Please see our returns information page for more information. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
