I've Ordered! So What's Next?

1. Your order is processed the day or business day after it is received. During this stage we authorize your credit card and ensure that we have complete shipping information. If there are any issues, we will attempt to contact you via phone and/or e-mail.
2. Your order is packaged and prepped for shipping. The components of your order will be shipped brand new and direct from Deck-Images. This process typically takes 2-4 days.
3. Once your order has been packaged, it is sent on it's way. Delivery of orders takes up to 4 business days. The closer you are to the midwest, the faster you will receive your order.
4. Your order will be sent via UPS Ground.
5. Damage instructions -- If one of the packages appears even slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" on the delivery manifest. This is VERY important. If the one of the packages looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned and we will provide you with the appropriate replacement parts. If you refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment.

Return Policy for Deck Images

Returns on Deck Images may be performed up to 30 days past the delivery date provided the product is in new and resellable condition. Please see our returns information page for more information. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Deck Images Freight Pricing

All Deck Images shipments to the contiguous 48 States are charged based on order total (see chart below). Delivery to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada is available. Please contact us for a quote if you are interested in delivery to these areas.
