Address Stone Order & Delivery Information

Your order is processed the same or next business day after it is received. During this stage we authorize your credit card and ensure that we have complete shipping information. If there are any issues, we will attempt to contact you via phone and/or e-mail.
Your order is then submitted to our local manufacturing partner. Manufacturing of your custom stone typically takes two to three weeks (14-21 days).
Once the stone has been manufactured, it is sent on its way. Orders are packed in protective packaging and sent via FedEx Ground. Once shipped, delivery typically take 1-4 days. We will e-mail you a tracking number once the stone ships.
Damage instructions -- In the rare event that your stone is damaged during transit, please contact us ASAP so that we can arrange for a new stone to be manufactured and sent to you. We may ask that you e-mail us a picture from a camera phone or digital camera.

Address stones are a custom special-order item and may not be returned. Errors in production will be corrected at no charge. The parameters of your stone order (size, address, stone border and font) will appear on your e-mail order confirmation.
Refunds will not be given for stones that are incorrectly ordered. Please be sure to confirm that you have entered the correct address, and have selected the desired font, stone base and size.
Acceptance of our Return Policy includes understanding of the Construction Information below.

The image preview tool is a close approximation of the final product and is not to exact scale. It is a tool to help you visualize what the finished stone will look like and what it will look like on your home. Your finished stone will not have the exact spacing and letter height as that in the image preview.
As the number of characters on the stone increases, the finished letter height decreases. 1-3 characters will result in letters approximately 4 inches tall. 4-5 characters will be approximately 3" tall. 6 characters will be approximatley 2 1/2 inches tall.

All Address Stone shipments to the contiguous 48 states are free of charge. Unfortunately, delivery to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada is not available.
